In addition to Board of Members, CMASC has pool of experts who can provide their service as required to ensure high standard of service to its clients. It sets up quality assurance team consisting people with right knowledge and experience.
Assignments undertaken
The members of CMASC have successfully completed several assignments in their personal capacity and completed several important on behalf of the center. Recently, it has completed the following:
a) High Level Project Management Professional Training to Senior Officials of Department of Hydrology and Meteorology (In association with Better Nepal), 2015;
b) Drafting Regulation of Financial Administration of Roads Board Nepal, 2017;
c) Business Plan of the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN) – 2018;
d) Public Procurement Training to Safer Migration (SaMI) Project focused on NGO Selection and Consultancy Services;
e) Procurement Directives of BP Koirala Institute of Health and Science, 2018;
f) Training and Manual on Procurement of Consulting Services for Municipalities/ Town Development Fund, 2018.
